A type of pasta with a very original aspect and with an amazing taste, that comes from the poor tradition of the fishermen that, to avoid to lose something of the fish, they also decided to use the ink.

The Spaghetti with Squid Ink are a used dish in the cuisine of different Italian coast areas, but particularly in Sicily and Veneto.
